We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Client
Service Department Coordinator to:
- Provide operational support for Collateral Protection client accounts.
- Coordinate scheduling and training for client service team.
- Assist department supervisor in monitoring client satisfaction.
- Take lead role in problem resolution within assigned client account.
You must bring to the table . . . .
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in a customer service environment, with
insurance experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build effective work relationships
with internal and external customers.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understanding of credit unions and collateral insurance products
preferred.
