We need YOU on the front lines of communication to manage incoming
calls, identify needs, and coordinate services for cancer patients,
family members, physicians, social workers and volunteers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work,
Public Health, Nursing, Science or related field, as well as knowledge
of medical terminology, social services and nonprofit health
organizations. Previous experience with telephone referral, counseling,
call center or customer service work a plus. Bilingual skills strongly
